Q. Can you make puff to order following what I have in mind?
A. Yes, we can. You may send us sample with some modification instructions (if any). We will make a counter sample for your approval. This is according to your choice.

Q. What is the standard term of payment?

• Confirmed irrevocable letter of credit (L/C)
• Wire Transfer
• US $draft cheque

Q. Can you supply packaging for the puffs?
A. Yes. We can also arrange packaging for the puff.

Q. Can you supply a large quantity of puff and also can you print our company name on it?
A. Yes. We produce large quantity & mostly made to order. Stamping of private logo can also be arrange but you will cover the cost of logo die.

Q. Do you have your minimum order value?
A. Minimum is normally US$2,000.00 worth per shipment.

Q. What is your delivery time?
A. We can usually ship order within two to four weeks after receipt of confirmed order and payment in our account.
